Hi there! I am Nor, and I am your nextManager.

I used to be a corporate guy whose expertise and experience lies on Business Analysis, Strategic HRM, Agile Project Management, Operational Excellence, and developing Management Systems compliant to ISO Standards. My training, professional experiences and skills are unique combinations of management exposure in Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, Sales and Marketing both in corporate and startup settings.

I am a well-rounded and mature manager who completely understands the complexities of running a business, for I have been in the trenches myself - starting, failing and succeeding in several business ventures.

With my more than 20 years of experience managing Business Operations, Projects, People, and Complex Processes both in corporate and online settings, my Core Strengths are as follow:

Agile Project Management & Lean Consulting
I have spearheaded and managed both small and large-scale projects, end-to-end using TPM (Total Production Management), TQM (Total Quality Management), Lean Manufacturing, Lean Management System, 6 Sigma (Black Belt Certified), Kaizen, Kanban, Scrum and Agile methodologies. 

Since 2010, I have managed projects for several startups in Apps & Web Development; Online Business & eCommerce Stores; Training & Building Remote Teams; Online Marketing Campaigns; and other Business Improvement Initiatives. Also, I am proficient on the most popular business tools online such as JIRA, Basecamp, Trello, Asana, Teamwork, WorkEtc, SOHO, Salesforce, XERO, and more.

Strategic HR Management
I started my career in HR under the Training and Organizational Development Department. Through the years, I have honed my skills in people management, especially Labor/Industrial Relations, workforce planning and talents acquisition .  I know how to get the best talents and keep them motivated.

Management Systems Development & Business Process Improvement
As a Certified Quality Management Auditor, I have audited multinational companies for their compliance on ISO 9001,14001,OHSAS 18001, AS/NZS 4801.  More so, I have developed management systems using these standards from planning to certification audit.  In fact, I have set the record for ISO 14001 compliance for the shortest and fastest implementation that is both compliant and sustainable.

I am competent in implementing process improvements using Lean Management Systems concepts, 6 Sigma DMAIC, Kaizen, JIT, and TQM (Total Quality Management). I’ve developed these skills while employed with a Toyota subsidiary.
