  • Male or Female 
  • College Graduate (preferred but not required) 
  • At least 6 months of Call Center experience (Inbound or Outbound) 
  • Excellent Command of the English Language with Neutral Accent 
  • Computer & Internet Savvy 
  • Has own PC & a reliable internet connection at home 
  • Willing to work on graveyard shifts (Virginia, U.S.A. Time Zone) 
  • Aggressive & Hardworking  
  • Good Work Ethics
