.NET Developers

• Male or Female
  
• Bachelors or higher in related field is desirable
  
• Minimum 5 years experience in software development.
  
• Minimum 3 years experience using the following technologies:
  
• 1. .NET web development
     
  2. VB.net / C#
     
  3. SQL Server, including stored procedures and relational database design
     
  4. Visual Studio
     
  5. Web services (XML, REST, SOAP)
• Experience with some or all of the following is desirable:
  
• 1. Software development "life cycle", including research, design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, deployment maintenance, support
     
  2. AJAX
     
  3. HTML, CSS, JavaScript
     
  4. Service-oriented architecture
     
  5. Windows Communication Foundation
     
  6. Windows Workflow Foundation
     
  7. LINQ to SQL and LINQ to XML
     
  8. Telerik controls
     
  9. MySQL
     
  10. Windows Server 2008, IIS

1. 1. Has the ability to quickly capture functional specifications, and contribute to refining such specifications in a virtual workgroup environment.
      
   2. Able to use the internet and other resources to quickly research and resolve technical issues. 
      
   3. Excellent written and verbal English communicationskills
      
   4. Independent and self-motivated.
      
   5. Able to work during normal EST US work hours to collaborate on software projects.
      
   6. Reliable and conscientious.
      
   7. Has own PC and reliable internet connection at home.
      
   8. Backup internet is desirable if main connection is subject to outages.
      
   9. Good Work Ethics.
